Great train station. Whenever I take a train from a station this is the station that the aforementioned train would most likely leave from.
There is parking available on the University side and across route 25A towards the east next to the gas station.
This is a nice and small train station on the Long Island Railroad that is very convenient to the Stony Brook University community including students and visitors. The station is historic and the station and platform have undergone a lot of renovation in the last two decades.
Trains leave on time but often arrive late

I wish they increase the frequency for the train just like how it is like in Ronkonkoma.
