My family had once only patronized Ecolin Jewelers in Port Jefferson (they also have a store in St James) but recently my fiance and I had a very bad experience at Ecolin. We turned to the newer addition to the Three Village area, Rocky Point Jewelers East to have the ring repaired which Ecolin had ruined. The difference between Rocky Point Jewelers and Ecolin Co., Inc is monumental. If you want to find a great family-owned business, go straight to Rocky Point. They did an excellent and thorough job, were very kind and extremely helpful. I recommend them to all. My family and my fiance's family are now using Rocky Point exclusively for all our fine jewelery needs.
