Went to PC Richards and dealt with a really nice salesperson, Chris Richardson. He was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We bought a refrigerator and left several times and Chris either in person or via telephone was always welcoming and never pressured us. Great experience. very easy.
A great sale day today! Gary worked with us from start to finish...He was extremely informative, and patient with us...showing us different appliances, making side by side comparisons on the net...He helped us to make 3 appliance purchases and a T.V purchase and set up installation too....Great prices..and a great salesman.. You can always count on P.C Richards.. they have been around since I was a kid... :) We are so happy!
Just picked up a oled 55” that’s absolutely beautiful. They matched the price of Best Buy and then took some off of that! Great manager and great salesman. They were both knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t push me for the sale, but they did make it worth it with the final price. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s been a great experience.

I bought a beautiful TV from PC Richards which was delivered and installed the next day. After the delivery folks left, I realized that the shelf that had to go back over the TV did not fit anymore. At this point, my wife said that if we are going to lose the shelf anyway, why don't we try to get the next size up and use all the space so I immediately went back to PC Richards hoping that there was something that could be done. The manager, Steve, was amazing. After explaining what had happened, which was absolutely no fault of theirs, Steve helped us get the perfect TV for our space. The whole experience was pleasant right down to the nice young man, Gary, that helped me get the return out of the truck. I will certainly go to the Stony Brook PC Richards again and would highly recommend shopping there as their customer service is amazing.
