I feel that most of these problems would have been avoided if we consulted with him before hiring the pool contractor. I give Bob and his company the credit of dealing with an uncomfortable situation and making it 100% correct.
Kel-Rob was contracted to help with a large scale renovation of our pool and yard. There were some product issues with faulty equipment installed by a pool contractor and they refused to stand behind what they sold us. Kel-Rob bent over backwards to get the product returned to the manufacturer, and re-install new product that worked correctly.
